What’s the lifespan of the Base battery?

Your Base Battery Agreement for our 39.2 kWh batteries is for 12 years.
Base retains ownership of the battery for the entire 12 years, which means we warranty and handle any necessary maintenance on the system – at no cost to you. We will also replace the battery if necessary.
At the end of the 12 years, you will have the opportunity to decide if you'd like to renew your battery agreement or not.
