How do I transfer my Base battery and energy service to a new homeowner if I am selling my home?

When selling your home, you can transfer your Base battery and energy service to the new homeowner. Contact Base support to initiate the transfer process. The new homeowner will need to review and agree to all relevant Base service agreements and terms. Base will work with you to ensure a smooth transition of service to the new owner.
If the new homeowner does not want Base or complete the battery and energy service transfer process on their end, the battery will need to be removed from the property and a $500 de-installation fee may apply.
