I'm a Base battery member and I have a renter. How do I transfer energy service to them?

You can transfer energy service to your renter by contacting Base support. Your renter will need to sign up and agree to all relevant Base agreements and terms. Once the renter has activated Base, the battery system will continue to serve the property with all associated benefits.

If your renter does not sign up with Base, the battery system may be deactivated and applicable de-installation fees may apply.
