Pallet Delivery Timing
Base delivers your pallet of installation materials the day before your scheduled installation (or the morning of, for Monday installations).
Because our logistics routes shift throughout the day, we’re unable to provide an exact delivery time.
Placement of Pallets
For safety and weight reasons, pallets are placed in your driveway or on the street. Our logistics team will place them securely and as out of the way as possible.
If you’d like to clear a car or make space in your driveway in advance, feel free — our crew will do their best to use that space to help keep other vehicles accessible.
Requests for Specific Placement
You’re welcome to tell us where you would prefer your pallet to be placed.
However, Base cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to meet specific placement requests, as our ability to accommodate them depends on safety conditions, access, and the driver’s discretion at the time of delivery.
After Delivery
Once the pallet has been delivered, our team is unable to return to move or reposition it. If you anticipate needing space for vehicles or access, please plan accordingly before delivery.
