Base delivers the pallet of installation materials the day before your scheduled installation — except for Monday installations, when it’s delivered that morning. We can’t provide an exact delivery time due to our logistics team’s dynamic, frequently changing route.
For safety and weight reasons, pallets are placed in your driveway or on the street. Our team will position them securely and as out of the way as possible.
If you’d like to clear a car from your driveway to make space, feel free to do so — our logistics crew will do their best to place the pallet on that side to keep other vehicles accessible.
