When you enroll with Base, you’ll receive instructions on how to set up your account. After you’ve set up your account, log in.
Your Base account allows you to do the following things:
Check battery and grid status. Base will notify you of an outage via text and through your member portal.
See live power usage. Base is the only energy provider that shows instantaneous power with battery telemetry.
Manage payments. You can update your payment method and view your bills.
Access your personal referral link. Refer a friend or neighbor and you both will receive a free month of power.
