What does it mean if my energy supply charges went to zero?

A negative balance means your credits exceeded your supply charges for the month. This usually happens when Base dispatches your battery frequently to support the ComEd grid.
Credits on your ComEd account roll forward to offset charges in future billing periods. Base handles this automatically. Base cannot independently issue refund checks for negative balances.
