What does it mean if my energy supply charges went to zero?

A negative balance on your Base supply means your credits exceeded your energy supply charges for that billing period. This can happen when Base uses your battery frequently to support the ComEd grid.
Credits on your ComEd account roll forward to offset charges in future billing periods. Base handles this automatically. Base cannot independently issue refund checks for negative balances.
