If I have a complaint, what are my rights?

If you raise a complaint with our team, you have the right to a written response. Base will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, typically within (1) day and always within fourteen (14) days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Illinois Commerce Commission at 1-800-524-0795 or at www.icc.illinois.gov, and with the Illinois Attorney General’s Consumer Fraud Hotline at 1-800-386-5438.
