If I have a complaint, what are my rights?

If you are raising a complaint to our team, you have the right to receive our response to your complaint in writing. Base will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, typically within (1) day and always within fourteen (14) days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Illinois Commerce Commission at 1-800-524-0795 or at www.icc.illinois.gov, and with the Illinois Attorney General’s Consumer Fraud Hotline at 1-800-386-5438.
