How much does Base cost? How much do I pay for energy?

Updated this week

To get started with Base, you pay a $50 refundable deposit upfront. This deposit applies toward your one-time installation cost once your battery is installed, and is refundable until your home photos are approved.

Installation Costs

  • Installation fee: $695 or $995 (varies by zip code and plan) plus tax

  • Your $50 deposit will be accounted for in the installation fee

  • A generator port for 240V portable generator integration can be added for an additional $1,000, not included in the base installation fee.

Note - we do not offer payment plans for the installation cost. You must pay the installation cost fully, on the day of your battery install. The card you provided for the $50 deposit will be charged.

Ongoing Costs

Membership Fee

  • $19/month or $29/month plus tax depending on your plan, billed monthly starting when your battery system is installed.
