Rescheduling
More than 3 days before installation
If you request to reschedule your battery installation more than 3 days before the installation, the Base team will review your request and get back to you with a decision within 48 hours. If your request is approved by the Base Power team, no rescheduling fee will be assessed.
Within 3 days of installation
If you request to reschedule your battery installation within 3 days of the scheduled installation date, a $200 trip charge applies for us to move and re-deliver your battery materials. The Base team will review your request and get back to you with a decision within 24 hours.
Canceling
Before your permit is submitted
If you request to cancel your battery installation prior to your permit being submitted, the Base team will review your request and get back to you with a decision within 48 hours. If approved, no fee applies and you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
After your permit is submitted
If you request to cancel your battery installation after your permit is submitted and 3+ days before the scheduled installation date, you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
Within 3 days of your scheduled installation
If you request to cancel your battery installation within 3 days of the scheduled installation date, a cancellation fee applies as outlined in your battery agreement. The cancellation fee is typically $500 but can range between $250-$1000 depending on your agreement. The Base team will review your request and get back to you with next steps within 48 hours.
