Who qualifies for Black Friday pricing?
You are eligible if:
You signed up for Base on or after November 11th, 2025
This applies to both single batteries (25kWh) and dual (50kWh) battery systems
Your updated pricing:
Single battery system: $345 upfront payment
Dual battery system: $445 upfront payment
Who does not qualify?
You are not eligible if:
You signed up for Base before November 11th, 2025
You previously had a Base account, canceled, and are trying to sign up again
Additionally, existing customers cannot have promotional pricing retroactively applied to their accounts, even if the installation has not yet been completed.
Important policy about re-signups
Members can only receive the promotion code when they sign up for the first time. If you have an existing account with Base, cancel your service, and then try to sign up again, you will be unable to receive the code.
This policy ensures fairness for all new members joining Base during our promotional period.
What if I signed up before November 1st?
We understand you may be disappointed to miss out on this promotion. However, our Black Friday pricing is exclusively for members who joined during the promotional period starting November 11th, 2025.
As an alternative to the Black Friday promotion, we recommend participating in our referral program. For each homeowner you refer who installs a battery system, you’ll receive a free month of electricity, capped at a maximum of $250. This program allows you to benefit significantly while helping others join Base Power.
