The best place to find your energy billing and payment information is on your Base member dashboard.
1. After logging in to your Base Power dashboard, click on the menu icon at the top-right corner.
2. From the available options, choose Billing.
3. In Billing, you will be able to see your most recent bill, along with previous bills. If you do not see a bill, that means that one has not been generated for your home yet.
Each time you’re billed for your monthly usage, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “Base Power Bill.” Payment confirmations are sent via email from Stripe, Base Power’s trusted payment processor, after every finalized transaction. These emails act as supplementary notifications alongside the dashboard's functionalities.
