How can I change my payment method?

Monthly energy and annual battery membership payments are billed and processed separately.

For monthly energy bill payments, you can update your payment information on your Base Dashboard. On the Billing page, click on the pencil icon next to ‘Energy Billing Details.’

In your account dashboard, you will have the ability to update your payment information using either a credit card or a US Bank checking account.

For annual battery membership bill payments, contact the Base Support team to change the payment info on file.
